- 3 / 5By MariaColon879Usually I have good shopping experiences at this store, but today was a little different. First of all upon entering the store, the lobby on the Starbucks side was dirty with paper thrown everywhere. I got to the cash register, I noticed that the young man bagging my groceries was putting to many items in the bag. I asked him politely to either double bag my items, or to put less in the bags to prevent the bags from tearing. He proceeded to tell me that my bags won't tear and if they do he'll by my groceries for me. Needless to say, the bag tore before he put it into the cart. He then took the items out and threw the torn bag at the cashier telling her to throw it away. I asked him for his name which he said was Marcus. I felt in the past that you had good customer service, but today did not leave me impressed. I hope this was just a one time experience and that this doesn't continue..September 07, 2016
