  I'm visiting from out of state and I believe this is the worst customer service I've experienced so far.. we sat at the order station for almost 3 minutes before someone even said something to take our order. Then after each thing we said she said is that it in a very rude tone. Where I'm from everyone asks can I get anything else for you and 9 times out of 10 have excellent customer service. And as someone who works in customer service as well I would never talk to my customers that way. And of course they don't have their names on the receipt so all I have is KS#13 but she should not work in customer service even when we paid she just took our card and then gave it back with a receipt and said here you go. like what is that? No have a nice day or anything. Maybe she was having a bad day and if that's the case then she needs to learn to separate her personal and work life and not be a snatch. As far as our food goes on my friends breakfast they put a piece of ham instead of a piece of cheese on here sausage McMuffin. I ordered the bagel sandwich and it had a cold egg piece (I think it was egg) cheese and they forgot the meat and it was dry. They forgot the soda for another meal and then when we asked about it the guy looked all offended. I will not be eating here ever again when I visit. Maybe you should hire people with better customer service skills or make that girl take a customer service class or tell her to take her head out of her ass and be nice to the people that contribute to the company that pays her bills..

  The young lady taking orders at the drive through might be the rudest and least attentive attendant I've ever encountered. Fortunately the woman at the payment window is a saint.

  These people are assholes... And why is my chicken nugget meal $6.00+ at this location... And right down the road back down at $4.00??? The hell... Y'alls food is always soggy and not fresh tasting. Fries are almost never crispy and hot. Just warm and floppy.

  McDonald's isn't the only place that does this. I'm asked if my order is for here or to go. I almost always say either for here, or I'll eat it here or I'm dining in. Then it's a flip of the coin whether I'm handed a tray or a bag.
  
  I feel there's a hidden cost savings here, and maybe a 10% increase in efficiency if you save your breath and make everything to go. Lots of the best fast food burger places in the country bag all orders.
  
  Thanks for being there and for the convenience. It's the only establishment on the right side of the road before the big traffic backup on my way home. Moreover it's the only restaurant on the right on my way to work in the morning. I prefer right turns.
